Sara Evans Talks About Finding Love Again

Sara Evans is gushing about her recent engagement to Jay Barker, a former University of Alabama football star and current sports-talk radio host. The two were introduced through a relationship counselor, whom they were both seeing after their respective divorces. Evans, who had her first date with Barker in November, admits she was totally unprepared for how quickly she would fall for him.

"I was just like, 'Omigosh, I'm totally falling in love with this man.' I was really skittish," she told GAC. "He just makes me feel so safe . . . emotionally, psychologically and even physically. I mean, he's big, he's very strong. He's a wonderful father to four children, and now he's gonna be a stepfather to my children. And he's just an amazing, amazing man. And did I mention he's gorgeous? He looks like a football player! He's got a great bod."

The couple is planning a summer wedding. They've already begun discussing combining his four children with her three, together in one household.

"The 'Brady Bunch' had six kids, and we have seven kids, and if we had another one, we could do 'Eight Is Enough,'" Evans jokes. "If we had two more, we could do 'Eight Wasn't Enough.' I'm not having two more children, I can
promise you that."

But she refuses to speak poorly about the first husband she accused of cheating and having a pornography habit, amongst other accusations.

What a crock of @#$%. She trashes the guy in order to get a divorce, calls him a sleaze and pervert in every media outlet and now the cheating whore wants to speak nicely about him. TOO LATE.

To those of you morons that don't think she's an adulterer...Her husband wanted her to swear under oath with penalty of perjury that she didn't have an affair and she wouldn't do it. That is proof enough that she is guilty of an affair. She's a slut bag whore. Why defend her?????

I do not like Sara evans after what she did to her husband. It was just a scam to get divorced from him. I no longer listen to her music and I sure do not see her attractive. I don't even like to hear her name.

Dennis Cubbage I think you are funny, and probably right on. I would like to find out more about those boys in Virginia...

I feel sorry for kids that get caught up in their parents romances. I saw Sara in concert 8 months ago and was sitting just to the right along the stage. Sara's kids were on the side of the stage with 2 nannies and they are really young. The little boy played hand held computer games and the girls were really bored and fell asleep. Where are they going to live? His kids are from Alabama and hers from Oregon and Nashville. Someone's family is going to be uprooted.

Why do these prople who get divorced have to run right out and find someone new? Why don't they spend some time helping their kids heal through a horribly upsetting and tragic circumstance? But no...they have to rush in to a new relationship, get engaged, get married, turn their kids' lives topsy-turvy by bringing in a new dad (or mom) and other kids, and then (probably) make more kids and then get divorced AGAIN!! All because they can't be alone, can't focus on their kids, can't wait. If it truly is live, what's the bug rush? I find these people to be so completely selfish, and they are creating kids who will have HUGE issues later on.

Well. that's interesting and I hate to stir the pot but I heard that little ole Kenny is gay and that his marriage to Rene was set up to kill those "rumors" about him. I have not opinion, just stating what came from a VERY reliable source.....
