Sporting a dangerously short prison dress and thigh-high stockings, she and a bevy of similarly dressed dancers dazzled the crowd with a sexy performance of 'Nothin' Better to Do.' Rimes continued to steam up the stage in her acceptance speech for her Best Collaborative Video win, for her duet with Bon Jovi, 'Till We Ain't Strangers Anymore.'"I had a lot of fun rolling around with Jon in bed," she joked of the video, which features her in lingerie, frolicking with Jon Bon Jovi on a bed in the middle of a New York street. But as the CMT cameras panned over to Rimes' husband, she added, "Sorry, honey. I love you. You're hotter."

I did not like the outfit, thought it was trashy.
Of course her husband would react to that comment and she shoud know better than to make that kind of comment.

""Hello"" It was a costume for the song and the video so of course she's going to wear it. and for the comment she made about Jon Bon Jovi she was just kidding around so don't be so quick to judge. I have seen others do and say things with no comments about them. Just get over it.

I didn't like the prison dress or the dress(was that a dress?) she accepted the Buckle in. LeeAnn, in my opinion, thinks she is prettier and sexier than she is. I turn the channel when any of her video's come on because all she does is rub herself and act like a sex kitten. She has a beautiful voice and when she first came on the scene with Blue I loved her and her music. Clean up your act LeeAnn.

All I can say is that,... if you saw how hard this young lady works at staying in shape for just such an opportunity, you might appreciate that this is simply another facit of her art.
Less than a year ago, she performed at a venue I work at, and for at least an hour engaged in the toughest workout routine I ever have seen,... right outside my window! She could teach "Rocky" a thing or two about jumping rope for sure. Oh,... & by the way,... a totally classy lady. I was honored to bring her an Evian, and she was very thankful.

I'm not a big fan of Leann but there's nothing wrong with her costume. Thats all it was, was a costume. She was covered. Whats the difference in the way she acts and dresses when pretty all the others do the same thing. You don't have to like somebody but there's no need to be judgmental. There nothing wrong with the comment that she made, she did acknowedge her husband. I love my husband more than anything and he loves me but we joke and cut up about people we think are hot! Are we bad for that? No!!

i didn't like the song or the outfit. she is beginning to act like cher and madonna with those stupid clothes less outfit. they should just come on stage with nothing. use to like leann but if she is going to dress like that, i will not listen to her again.

A great vocal talent who managed to stay grounded when other young stars couldn't handle success. She's not the little girl anymore. Try appreciating her growth as a writer and composer. The voice keeps getting better,her diversification exceeds most and she is willing to delve into fun and introspection. This woman has and will continue to stand the test of time. Carrie Underwood wore really short shorts and a revealing top on an awards performance of Before He Cheats (she sounded horrible by the way, no offense to her, she's a really good singer and I have total respect for her) and nobody said anything about trashiness. Just because LeAnn isn't adored by the whole of America anymore doesn't mean that she's not a great talent and can't wear a costume (cos thats all it was) for a performance.
PS: My friend who doesn't even like LeAnn saw her in her red carpet dress thought she was HOT!!! So take that!!!

I don't think there was anything wrong with LeAnn Rimes dress. She has great leggs, therefore show em off girl. Some of the other girls/women had very low cut dresses. Do you hear complaints about that? Of course not. It's ok for cleavage to show, but not legs?? Congratulations to Robert Plant & Alison Krauss for their award! Looking forward to seeing them on tour this summer.

I think she was great. The costume and the performance was her playing a role for her song and her video. She is one of the few young performers who has grown up in the spotlight and did it with style and grace. She hasn't fallen into the trashy trap that others have and has kept herself out of the drugs, drinking, sexual exploits, etc. She has to play to the cameras and give the public what they want. Her image and her personal life has been very conservative and clean compared to the other girls and you all know who I'm talking about. Keep up the great job LeAnn. She's not remotely sexy or hot. She looks "ok" and has a great voice. She should just sing and leave the sexy to others.
