'Fallen Angel' is the tentative title of a documentary about embattled country singer Mindy McCready and her struggle to get her life and career back on track after getting out of jail. The show also promises new revelations in McCready's alleged decade-long affair with baseball star Roger Clemens. "She talks about everybody," documentary producer Blake Freeman told the Daily News, adding that McCready will tell "her side of the Roger Clemens story."
Freeman also says McCready does not deny the affair. The now 32-year-old singer met Clemens when she was just 15, singing in a Florida karaoke bar. Clemens was already married with children at the time and a pitching ace for the Boston Red Sox. Their alleged romantic relationship lasted on and off until 2006.
'Fallen Angel' is slated for release in July.
