Keith Urban Re-Records Fan Favorite

It has been a crowd favorite at Keith Urban concerts since 2002, but 'You Look Good in My Shirt' was never released to country radio . . . until now. Urban has re-recorded the song that originally appeared on his 3-times platinum selling CD, 'Golden Road.' In hindsight, both Urban and his record label realized it should have been a single.

"Over the years it has always played like a hit song," Urban says of 'Shirt.' "That, combined with numerous requests from both fans and radio about why it was never a single, inspired us to get back into the studio and re-record the song."

Urban didn't want to just re-release the album version of 'You Look Good in My Shirt.' Instead, he says he wanted to put a taste of what made the song popular in the first place -- his live performance of it.

"The trick for this song was to bring all of the live energy to the new recording," he explains. "I think that we accomplished that, and I'm glad that we finally have the opportunity to give everyone what they've been asking for."

The new recording of the song will most likely be included on Urban's upcoming live DVD, 'Love, Pain & the whole crazy World Tour.'
