Former Trick Pony member Ira Dean is mad at McDonald's. The musician believes the fast-food giant is using his image on its Big 'n' Tasty hamburger box. The box features a drawing of a man, arguably in Dean's likeness, playing the upright bass.According to TMZ, Dean filed a federal lawsuit in California this week, insisting that McDonald's is using his persona, image and likeness to promote its hamburgers. McDonald's has ignored the "cease and desist" order, refusing to discontinue the burger boxes. So, Dean is now allegedly suing.
