Why We Dig Him: Ok, so he's not a brand new face, as we remember Johnson from his touching debut single, 'The Dollar,' back in 2006. But when he lost his first record deal, this talented tunesmith didn't throw in the towel. Instead he started writing more, penning huge hits like 'Ladies Love Country Boys' for Trace Adkins and 'Give It Away' for George Strait. He's now writing for himself again, and if the first single from his upcoming album is any indication, we think his second time around as a singer will be a charm.
