Taylor Swift Named 'Goddess of Summer'

Taking special note of Taylor Swift's "confidence, sense of fun and goddess-worthy legs," Venus Embrace brand razors for women has designated the 18-year-old as their "Goddess of Summer."

"This has been an amazing year for me -- and my new 'Goddess of Summer' role is a fun way for me to connect with my fans," said Swift. "I'm excited to share my summer must-haves with everyone. Venus sent me the new Embrace razors after the CMT Awards, and my legs are smoother than ever. Now I can go barefoot all summer long!"

Beginning August 15, Taylor will share her summer beauty tips on the Venus Embrace website. Read a sneak preview after the jump.

1. Have Fun with Color: A variety of eyeliners is a must.

2. Embrace Smooth Legs: A good razor is a definite must.

3. Ride the Waves and Go Crazy with Curls! Take a defining spray or gel with you to the beach and apply it to your hair after swimming.

4. Sundress to Impress: Pair a white sundress with flip-flops and a cute tan.

5. Go Bohemian: This look calls for a massive amount of accessories!

6. End the Day like a Goddess: Nothing is more relaxing than a long bath while listening to your favorite music.

Some of you people (loosely termed as a matter of fact) can't seem to get it. If she's already won some awards this early in the game, (and she has) give the girl some credit. It's always the green eyed monster of jealousy that gets to show its ugly face first. I've heard the girl sing and I've been around to hear a lot of singers and she's definitely not the worst. Look at the crap they play on the alternative stations or the rap stations. I know, I know, some of you trolls actually like that sh**. It gives me a head ache. Either they're screaming or they're cursing. Get a life and listen to a variety of music. Alternative and (c)rap are fly-by-night stars that'll burn out quicker than you think. Look at grundge, case and point. One more thing, GROW UP AND GET OVER YOURSELVES! Good night!

I saw her in concert with Brad Paisely and Kellie Pickler (they were awesome!) last summer and Taylor Swift was TERRIBLE. She sounded worse than she does on the radio if you can imagine that.

oh come on, you know what she means, and she's just getting paid to say that stuff, plus she IS only 18. Alot of that atuff was fairly new concepts to you as a teenager too, leave the poor new girl alone, lol.
