When she first appeared on American Idol, she was a perfectly lovely girl,,,,,,,,now she has had breast implants, dental work and a brow lift....she's already beginning to look fake and plastic........why do these pretty women think they have to do all this stuff???

On IDOL she was innocent and extremely beautful. All her surgeries have detracted from her God given beauty.
She's still beautiful, but I found her so much more attractive before the alterations.

I do not recognize her anymore. It is bizarre. She has made a new face and therefor is not a real person. For that alone, I would not buy her music. I watched her on tv today and could not remember who she was.

I went to a Kellie Pickler concert in Wisconsin over the summer it featured Kellie, Sara Evan's and Jessica Simpson, well Kelli opened for Sara & Jessica and I want to tell ya, she was totally awesome and I don't even listen to her music until NOW!! First of all we had front row seats, & she was so sweet to her fans, she signed autographs and was completely genuine!! Not a phony at all, so if she want's to alter her looks to make her feel good about herself let her! She is all about her music isn't she? Great show Kellie, you were worth to go and see, your beautiful!!

It is sad that people need to make up stories about others who are successful or attractive. Why is it that there need to be comments from degenerates here too? Fact is the ones who are making the sexually explicit or demeaning comments need to examine the fact that they are probably dealing poorly with their own inadequacies.
I think Kelly is a great kid, very pretty & very talented. I admire her determination and the character it takes to put up with these pinheads.

I loved Kelley from day one, she is very cute and smart girl and I just knew that she had some changes on her face and body I thought the hair color and the style change her look and I did not like it all the comments about her beautiful look at the American Idol are right , I feel sorry Kelley for what they did to your innocent look.
