Although Reba McEntire fears that fellow Christians might criticize her for it, the singer says she believe she's been reincarnated. "I believe I've gone both ways -- that I have been here before as a man," the 53-year-old (in this life, anyway) tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "I believe I have spent time with my son Shelby before. I believe I have spent time with other people in my life before. Who knows? Maybe I'm part Buddhist."
As for reconciling her Christian faith with her belief in reincarnation, McEntire says, "I'm sorry, but this is how I live my life, this is what I believe."
In the same candid and often humorous interview, the country legend confesses her love for buying toilet paper in bulk at Costco.
"Why not buy 150 rolls of toilet paper at one time? I eventually use them up," she says with a laugh.
She also dishes on whether she'd rather star in a film about Britney Spears or Paris Hilton.
"Britney!" she exclaims. "She came up working in the music business, was a huge success, then something went wrong and now she's on a downside. Poor thing. What happened to her is very interesting to me. Paris? She acquired her fame through being, I guess, a rich socialite. She didn't earn it, so she doesn't interest me."
McEntire also reveals that the silliest thing she's done lately is karaoke-ing with Kelly Clarkson.
"She's half my age, but we have a blast together ..."

Reba probably thinks she was here before as a man simply because she see's right through men, she has great depth about men which is a God given gift. I hope she don't come back as fertilizer and join the likes of the late great Bobby Darin who had simular beliefs. I love her even if she's a bit wacky. Franko

I love Reba she is a great singer and I do not believe christian's are going to down her. I am a christian and no we do not believe in reincarnation, God granted us with a free will meaning we can chose what to believe in it is not our place to judge anyone. Prayers needed for Reba, since Scripture says that we live only once - the Lord does not recycle souls, as many would like to believe...
It's also God's mercy - why would we want to suffer this life more than once?

There is a statement on here that says "Christians don't believe in Reincarnation"...Well I DO believe that Reba stated that she IS a Christian and SHE believes in Reincarnation, so I guess that blows that statement out of the water. I also am "Christian" and I believe in reincarnation. I can't even fathom waiting a millinium for "judgement day". That would be millions upon millions of "souls" left in Limbo, (purgatory)just waiting, hanging out, you know according to some. I think we are given a number of times to "get it right" and if we fail than we go to "hell", what ever that might be. But than again, what if we are living in "hell" as I write, as the punishment for our evil ways? Just a thought! Have a GREAT Life People.

I think that reincarnation is not true that that can not happen especially "if" she is a christian she shouldn't believe that because christians beleive tha whent they die they will go to heaven.

I'm a Christian and I beleive in reincarnation. You don't have to be a Buddhist to beleive that maybe
God has a reason to send another soul back. Oh, and to rijaxn, that is a great title. I would love to see what Reba could do with that. I bet it would be beautiful, as most of her songs are.

She should worry less about what Christians think of her and worry more about what God thinks of her and her salvation. I don't think God will care about how much people like her music on judgement day. Advertising her beliefs in false gods is not going to help her.
