Do you know why it's called theology? Because it's a theory, not fact. As far as my relationship with god goes, I have one, Just nut one that is dictated by mans rules as is in all religions. I don't need someone else to tell me what god is to me. So it is a fairy tail because it was made by man. the good book is a guide to live by. I'd be willing to bet that you are one of the people that believes the Noah and the Ark story literally. Do you really believe a man lived to be nine hundred years old and got every animal on earth on to a boat, including millions of insects? It's a story or a fable if you will. The rest of the bible is the same way. It's was put together by the Jewish clergy as a way to develope a new religion to control the masses because the old one was failing. It falls in suit with all other religions. They are all man made fairy tails made to control the population. The most obvious of examples is the Muslim religion. I have been to the middle east and seen it first hand. They blindly follow a religion just as easily as Christians. This is the reason for so many wars, such as the crusades. The current war being fought is led by capitalism on one side and religion on the other. The man made atrocities known as religion are the reason for much of the judgement and suffering in our world as well as a majority of the unfounded hope that we as a species place our faith in. So as i said, find your own reason to live. Because if you don't you are living the life someone else wanted you to live.

I think you protest alittle to much to be a nonbeliever. If you think there is no God hang on you will find out when Satan welcomes you into hades. As far as Jesus being Gods son and not God read the book you hate. The Bible is very clear God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. It is the trinity. Check it out.

Christian and Jesus bashing has become popular. This song writer and singer needs to search their heart and soul about making fun of Jesus. I can not believe just how sinful this world has become. We are in the days of Noah. Read the Bible it tells us this time was coming. My heart bleeds for those who are drawn in by this trash. He is unreal.

November 10 2008 at 5:48 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replythe only part i can see that is slightly offensive is the jewish remark and i'm sure it was sung in jest, but as a christian i am not directly offended by it, it's funny hell i've joked about jesus before, you know folks jesus wasnt a good person in his younger years he pushed a little boy off a rough and killed him then brought him back to life so he wouldnt get in trouble

then again, i'm biased as a friend of mine is playing the host of the show. ;)
I am glad that I'm not in this video I'm not Jesus

The right thing to do is to choose Christ of course. However, the song/video went a little too far.
For those who think that Christians are getting upset over this for no reason are disrespecting our beliefs and that doesnt really bother me besides the fact that I feel sorry for you people. Although you may not see God/Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, fact is, HE IS. There's nothing you can do about it. Either you come to realize that or you don't, although I hope and pray you do.
You people (the artist and some commenters) can bash on Christians and our beliefs as much as you like if it makes you feel better about yourself.
Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and you can choose to believe in Christ or not. But do understand, you can't make a song like this and a video like this without expecting such reactions. So I suggest you people who think that Christians are over reacting just be smart for a minute. Now, it's not a matter of what you believe, rather what's real. Make a song and video like this, expect reactions. PERIOD.
