Taylor Swift Has 'Moved On' from Joe Jonas

To put it mildly, being a recording artist is working out just fine for Taylor Swift, but should the country superstar ever decide to try something else, she could have a career handing out sage relationship advice.

Following a very public break up with pop singer Joe Jonas, Swift says she's looking forward, not back.

"What I've learned is that I've really moved on from it," she tells The Boot. "You can't stress about what you can't change. You have to live your life and be happy in spite of whatever doubts you might have or whatever might have happened."

And don't look for Swift to jump into someone else's arms anytime soon: "I'm not typically the girl who dates a lot of guys or is in relationships a lot," the 19-year-old says. "Most of my life, I've been single. If I meet somebody who's great, I'll make an exception. But I'm really happy being alone ... I don't feel a sense of emptiness if I don't have a boyfriend."

The next lucky man should know that Swift is very comfortable in her own skin. "If you're like, 'I need to talk to you' all the time, [or] 'Why didn't you call me back?' ... If you're that girl, then nobody's going to want to date you. I have this rule: I don't call a guy first. And you can't ever send two text messages in a row."

"It's so important to be confident in who you are," Swift advises. "The best thing you can bring to a relationship is a whole person."

Amazing, that basically sums her up!
By far the most beautiful woman this world has ever seen!
that jonas dude (or whatever his name is) is a VERY stupid man, for even letting you go!
Taylor Swift is pretty much what kept me going while i was in Iraq on that dreadful 7 month tour!

ok i really like taylor and all, but why did she have to make it public? Sure she over it now cause she thinks everybody love her and hates Joe.and of course she moved on now that she thinks everybody knows she the good guy and Joe's the bad guy. i like her and i like joe but did she really have to overexaggerate the whole thing really.

Not to be taken offensively to any Taylor Swift Fans because I am one, but its just that this whole break-up think has been going on for a while and it doesnt need to turn into a big scene. Everyone has their break-ups and hook-ups but they aren't such a big deal. You think you love someone, you give it a try, sometimes it fails, you break-up and you move on. Joe Jonas isn't a bad guy just for breaking up with Taylor. If Taylor broke-up with Joe, would everyone be mad at Taylor? Probably! Break-ups and hook-ups are not that big of a deal. You can't get mad at someone and bash them just because they broke-up with another someone. We just need to move on from the Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift break-up. There are more things concerning the world today, not who is dating who.~
