She'll start the New Year working on her first album for her new label home, Valory Music Co. Always entertaining, the Oklahoma-born redhead took time out from holiday fun to chat with The Boot.
Which of your hit songs best represents who you are as a person?
I would say 'Fancy,' because 'Fancy' is a situation where you started with nothing and built up and you worked hard. Not that I was a prostitute and my momma gave me away to a man! It is that idea of the Annie Oakley and the Molly Brown. It is the determination and that that gut-wrenching [attitude of] 'My golly, I am going to do it!'

My wife and I have been married for 50 years as of Jan 2008. But my wife knows I fell head over heels in love with a super star named Reba. Congrats to you and your hubby getting to 20 years. I believe I own every song that Reba has sung. Keep up the good work. Your friend Rick

My husband also is in LOVE with Reba and says that she is the only woman he would leave me for to which I replied I would leave him for Reba also! We get a big laugh out of it but she is truly a classy beautiful woman with the voice of an angel.

This is really yellow journalism at it's worse. The so-called author of this so-called article insinuated that Ms. McEntire was not happy with her husband. She had a quote from her as "We love each other, but..." which was completely out of context. Below is what was really said:
"Respect. We highly respect each other. We like each other. We love each other, but that respect has to be there. I respect his judgment and he respects mine. I think that is one of the strongest things in a relationship."
People, this ain't journalism. It's giving some bozo access to the internet and turning them loose to write whatever crap they can come up with. Shame on the publishers of 'The Boot' for letting this fly. I say can this bozo!!!

This is a case of your classic 'bait and switch' scam, the headline draws you in and then what you get is something entirely different. You don't expect competent and reliable journalists to use such dirty tactics, but then I guess this author, and aol news by extension, showed their true colors by their use of the method in this story.
