Jo Dee Messina and husband Chris Deffenbaugh are the proud parents of a baby boy. Noah Roger Deffenbaugh was born Monday at a Nashville hospital, weighing in at 6 lbs., 15 oz."We knew we wanted to have kids, but we just said, 'Whenever it happens, it happens.' And it happened!" Messina told PEOPLE magazine, explaining that the pregnancy was a welcome surprise.
Messina plans to take baby Noah on the road with her when she gases up the tour bus to promote her upcoming album, 'Unmistakable.' The songbird admits that parenting on the road will be quite the learning experience.
"Who rides where? Band? Crew? Family? What safety devices do you need?" she asks. "I might grab one of the other singer moms like Sara Evans or Martina McBride and say, 'Help me!'"

I am very happy for Jo-Dee!! She has been out of the limelight for the past several years focusing on her personal life! She is a great singer, but family is very important too!! Congratulations!!
