Faith Hill, Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz are among the artists auctioning off autographed iPod Nanos packed with eight gigabytes of their favorite music.Bidding on the custom-filled players is currently underway at eBay, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting Music Rising. The non-profit organization supports Gulf Coast schools, churches and communities in rebuilding music programs and replacing instruments lost or damaged in Hurricane Katrina.
Among Hill's 19 preloaded tracks are selections by Aretha Franklin, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, U2 and (surprise!) Tim McGraw, The apple-green iPod also comes with a $25 iTunes certificate.
Future auctions will include iPods from Britney Spears and Ellen DeGeneres.
