Jessica Simpson ended her run on Rascal Flatts' Bob That Head Tour over the weekend with a bang. Or make that, a crash.The pop turned country starlet, rocking short Daisy Dukes and a plaid shirt, had to start two songs over after flubbing lines during Saturday's show in Irvine, Calif., the last stop on the tour. First, she didn't quite remember the opening verse of 'Remember That,' the second single from her debut country album.
"Oops! I said whiskey too early! I messed up!" she told the audience, according to US magazine. "I'm so embarrassed! But I'm starting over again because I really want you guys to hear the lyrics the right way."
She also butchered the opening lines of 'Still Don't Stop Me,' but kept a playful attitude about it, poking fun at herself.
"I messed up again. I do this all the time!" she said with a laugh, before starting the song over.
The crowd was arguably forgiving. Though some reports claim Simpson was booed at the Irvine show, US magazine writes that the audience had nothing but applause for the songbird, who responded to one round of cheering with, "I just felt like I was on 'American Idol'!"
"I'm just so excited to be doing this," a beaming Simpson announced to fans, ecstatic about her move to country music. "I feel like I've been given a second chance."

Wow, where to begin, once again Jessica proves why she deserves the award for 'Dumbest Simpson' over Homer.
She forgets the lyrics to her OWN songs, not good considering you have a teleprompter telling you the lyrics.
I wouldn't be surprised if she does indeed forget stuff all the time considering the fact her Tuna remark still haunts her to this day.
And finally Jessica, this is your fourth chance, you got kicked out of Gospel, you got kicked out of pop, you got kicked out of hollywood.
Somebody please kick this dingbat out of Nashville, she has already poisoned the country airwaves.

Who are you to talk? Do you have the guts to go up on stage and perform in front of millions of people to hear you sing or can you get a role to play in a movie? Yea didn’t think so. Well I have I sang the national Anthem at a Brewers game and many others AND yes the place was packed full house. It was not easy, but no I did not forget my lyrics. No one is perfect and for you to run your mouth and to talk like that shows you have low class and were not raised properly. I grew up to listening to her music (I’m 27 years old not like it matters) and I will continue to listening to it too. Well I’m not going to stoop to your level. I'm sure that people will reply with negative feedbacks on my post, but really you have no intelligence. Grow up and quit degraded everyone when you should look at yourself.

ok your young and stupid, people gave ozzy a hard time for forgetting lyrics. let's see he's a hall of fame artist that has 30 years of music and all the drug probs, but at least he delivers. pop stars are just that, coperate music that deliver hot ass and not talent. when are you guys going to care about real music and not what the music companies tell you to listen to. we have all seen teen idols, and you guys just let them keep going. get real and listen and support people that make music for music sake and not money.

Many times singers forget the words to their own songs. I remember going to concerts in the 80s where the lead sing forgot the words. She might have been tired from touring. Give her a break! Nobodys perfect.
