Brad Paisley may be known as the biggest prankster out on the road, but Kenny Chesney is apparently right on his tail. Pat Green, who has opened for Chesney on numerous tour dates, can certainly attest to that. So, when Green called into Chicago's US 99 radio station recently, the deejays wanted to know the truth about one alleged signature prank of Chesney's: Is it true that he answers the door to his tour bus naked?"It's true -- if he wants to mess with you, of course," Green answered with a laugh. "It's a frightening site, I'm not going to lie to you. One time I saw him jump up on Uncle Kracker's back. He's a big man ... and Kenny has mounted him naked. [laughs] So there's Uncle Kracker doing spin moves, trying to get little Kenny off of him."
In all seriousness, Green is a huge Chesney fan. He told The Boot in our exclusive interview that not only is Chesney the most fun artist to tour with, he's also the most admirable.
"Kenny's the best live entertainer in country music," Green told us. "He connects with the audience, touching them and holding them and being one of them. He does everything he can to make sure that the guy in the last seat is on top of it. That and a kick-ass live show that looks really good no matter if you have the worst seat in the arena."
