Chris Young Starts Little Black Dress Craze

Chris Young is doing his part to help out the economy. His current single, 'Getting You Home (The Black Dress Song),' has created a rush of sales at retail for sexy black dresses! The singer is happy to report seeing many a little black dress in the audience at his shows.

"We haven't seen any black dresses hit the floor, and no black dresses on the guys just yet, which I think is a good thing," the Tennessee native says with a laugh. "If that happens, that will be a story that'll be posted somewhere, believe me."

Fans can find out a few unusual facts about Young in the current issue of Country Weekly magazine. One that caught our attention was the strangest place he ever played -- a funeral convention. "My backdrop was a huge, white casket," he tells the magazine. "It was very odd."

'Getting You Home (The Black Dress Song)' will be on Young's upcoming sophomore album. You can listen to the song here.

Saw all the black dress winners at Cotten Eyed Joe in Knoxville. Absolutely love Chris and this song. Can't wait for the new album which comes out Sept. 1 and the video of Gettin You Home which is coming soon.
