What words of wisdom did your mom share before your first solo concert?

I remember her turning to me and saying, 'Spread your wings and fly,' and then in the very next breath she said, 'My advice to you is' -- and I think there's some great profound wisdom coming -- but she said, 'Honey, never watch sausage being made.' I'm like, 'You've got to be kidding me! I'm about to embrace the universe alone and that's the best you've got?!'

Wynona will never be without an audience! She can sing. However her demons troll behind her. All she should do is volunteer 8 hours a day when she isnt practicing. This is moving. Ordering etc. As long as she does this for at least 14 days out of a month. She will be fit. She wont want to eat after a week of doing this. Then she will feel this energy.

I am only saying this because i know how well she sings and how well she wants to be fit.

I think Wynonna you have one of the greatest gifts of voice, but your strong alliance with your mother has NOT allowed you to be the true singer and gift to us all. You have yet to find your voice... I hope you do in our (your) lifetime !!!!!! LOVE YA
