Gary Allan to Face Alleged Stalker in Court

Gary Allan is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday to face an alleged stalker he's had for the past four years.

The case of The City of Hendersonville (Tenn.) vs. Katherine Walker will be heard at the Sumner Country Court House in Gallatin, Tenn., north of Nashville.

Walker was arrested on May 4 and charged with burglary, vandalism and stalking. Her arrest followed a May 2 burglary and vandalism incident at the singer's home near Hendersonville. According to a statement from Gary's publicist, testimony and evidence to be presented at the hearing will include stalking incidents spanning the last four years.

Gary allen is the man. I am sorry but if you can't feel his music than apparentlly you are not one.Gary Allen has had to much to deal with.If you say you are a fan or not just respect the man and respect his privacy!!

I hope he wins his court case...this jerk that keeps bothering him is way out of line..as they ALL are. Some thing must be done, I feel so sorry for all of those so called famous people, the pops. never leave them alone. AND I DO NOT BUY THOSE MAGS., I don't want to suport the pops.

I love Gary Allan. I am actually going to his concert in Pennsylvania this Saturday.I am so excited because he is jsut amazing. He really knows what country music is. He still uses the real country music instruments like steel guitar and fiddle and sometimes the harmonica. I hope everything works out for him. He doesn't deserve all this hassle.

Please Hillbilly Music...what the hell is that and how old are you! That term went out with go go boots. Gary Allen is a very talented musician and artist! Country Music has changed alotover the past 10 or 15 years. It's no longer called COUNTRY WESTERN MUSIC OR HILLBILLY. Oh and by the way, only northerners use the term Hillbilly,southerners have heard it but choose to ignore it and people like you! Try RESPECT dude, respect everyone's talent even if you dont buy or play the music there is a place for it. Millions and Millions of people are into Country and buy the records and go to the shows. They are very loyal (especially fans of Joe Nichols and Gary Allen!). I can tell you that it is the biggest selling genre of music right now and concerts are selling out everywhere. I know dont tell me you like White Snake and Styx and think Mr Roboto was one of the best records of all time! Wake up and experience life instead of cutting everything else down around you. Try new things, after all variety is the spice of life. I grew up with Ted Nugent, I love him, my ex-husband played with him, but I love my country music and respect art... all art!!! When you write a few songs and get them published let us know! We will listen and respect your opinions!

Gary Allan has great concerts. We've seem him twice and he puts on a great show. You wouldn't even know that he's country - the band is as loud as a rock band. Go to a concert and you'll be surprised.

My heart goes out to anyone who has to go thru an invasion of privacy. Gary has had so much going on in his life, this was one more awful chapter. And yes he had fans, I love Gary Allan.
