Eddie Cibrian's wife has left him, and she says LeAnn Rimes is to blame."Eddie and I have decided to take some time apart," Cibrian's wife of seven years, Brandi Glanville, tells Us Weekly magazine. "I want to do what is best for our children. Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other."
Cibrian and Rimes were accused of having an affair back in March, after the two were caught together on what appeared to be romantic dates at a hotel and at two different restaurants. Us Weekly reports that the actor and country singer were caught again together last week outside outside the home of a longtime friend of Rimes and her husband, Dean Sheremet. Sources tell Us that the friend often lends his home to Rimes and Cibrian, so that the two can meet in private.
Rimes and Cibrian were co-stars in the Lifetime television movie, 'Northern Lights.' While she has refused to discuss the infidelity rumors, he has publicly denied them. But Cibrian's wife maintains that LeAnn is indeed a source of contention in their marriage.
"LeAnn is a stalker," Glanville told Us last month. "She refuses to leave us alone. It is shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."
A spokesperson for LeAnn calls those allegations "incredibly defamatory," but her camp has not yet responded to this new development in the Cibrian saga.
