Note to fans attending a Tim McGraw concert: behave! A year after Tim made headlines for shoving and then ejecting an unruly fan, he was forced to play vigilante again. The San Luis Tribune reports that the country singer stopped his show Sunday at the California Mid-State Fair to reprimand a fan whom he believed was acting ungentlemanly.
"You don't treat a woman like that," Tim said from the stage, as the audience cheered.
It's unclear what exactly the rowdy fan did to tick Tim off. The singer wouldn't resume his performance until security escorted the man out.
Tim is set to release his first studio album in two-and-a-half years, 'Southern Voice,' on October 20. Its first single, 'It's a Business Doing Pleasure With You,' is already in the Top 15 on the Billboard singles charts.

Isn't it funny that Tim would have this type of an attitude towards women. Considering the fact that 20 years ago he stood trial on date rape charges in Philadelphia. Funny how all of a sudden he can be holier than thou but back then treat a woman the way he did.

As I recall after a trial, where the accuser’s room mates testified (and did not substantiate the accusers claims), the charges against Mr. McGraw were dropped. I do not mean to belittle or demean any woman who has been attacked, but accusations are just accusations. Without all of the knowledge rumors can become reality. Know all of your facts and then tread very slowly.

Tim McGraw was never charged with date rape in Philadelphia or anywhere else. Mark McGraw, another son of Philly's pitcher Tug McGraw, was tried for rape in PA in 1992 and ACQUITTED.

Tim was acquitted of those charges because it never happened! We need more men like Tim in this world. Men aren't raised to show women respect anymore. Shame on the mother's that don't take the time to raise their boys right.

It was not Tim McGraw you nit wits it was Tug McGraw's son with his then wife. Tug McGraw never married Tim's Mom. And Tim did not know that his father was Tug McGraw until he was older. Nor did Tug know he had another son until Tim's Mom thought it was the right time.

And even if it had been him and true, it was 20 years ago. I sure hope I am a better person now compared to 20 years ago. Everyone has done some things that are wrong, and they aren't proud of. That doesn't make you a hypocrite if you say it is wrong.

MAYBE,,,,he didnt treat a woman badly!!! and thats why he isnt in prison like he should be if he did...if women accuse men of things and are wrong they should stand trial...i do understand that not all men who are innocent are really innocent (due to lack of evidence or WHATEVER ) but wrongful accusations are absolutely evil.

I am not aware, nor does it really matter, of the story that allegedly happened 20 years ago. Even if it did, why bring up the past? We all have done things that were wrong. Don't ridicule him or anyone else because they have seen the error of their ways.
