Tim and Faith's Girls Learned Lesson from Kanye West

If there's a silver lining to the Kanye West cloud, it's that kids learned a lesson in manners and humility. As angry as Tim McGraw was that the rapper hijacked Taylor Swift's VMA speech, he says he was glad for the conversation he had with daughters Gracie, Maggie and Audrey after the incident.

"He shows himself to be an idiot every time he does stuff like that," Tim tells 'CMT Insider' (via PEOPLE). "[My girls] were upset. But what he did do is provide a great example of how not to be, and my girls learned a big lesson."

Still, Tim was fired up by Kanye's antics. He just didn't let his girls see it. "When they weren't looking I said, 'He needs an a-- whoopin'!" Tim adds.

First Tim was NOT there an in fact he has never attended The MTV awards. Taylor was probadly the only country act there.

Second Tim has three girls that are definitely in that age range to be Taylor Swift fans, Their oldest is going on 13 so you can be sure they are Taylor fans.

The kids were probadly watching the part of the show with Taylor so they might of been upset. Liek Tim said ge used it as a teachable moment for his kids.

No one should disrespect anyone - black or white
its their time to shine and no one should take that away - you will never get it back again. I once told a co-worker after I had won Police Dispatcher of the Year, that even if you didn't like me winning and think you should have, remember next year it may be your time and you wouldn't want me saying you didn't deserve it. I also applaud Janet Jackson and Beyonce. Now those are classy women.

Oh and by the way you self-conflicted people who hate any children of God who are different than yourself, Kanye has done this to other artists who happen to have been African American so you can dispel that myth that he did it because Taylor is white. Had Alicia Keyes or Yolanda Adams for that matter been in the running and won, Kanye would have still gone on his tirade. As I said before, he needs to excuse himself from all future award shows or any similar public appearances because his behavior is unacceptable no matter to whom it is directed.

Kanye was 100% wrong and everybody knows it. The guy sitting behind Beyonce was in shock also and by the way he was black so you idiots who would make everything about race, you are no different than Kanye and Joe Wilson and all those who are the true meaning of the "N" word. I liked Beyonce before this incident but I gained another level of respect for her because she could have just mentioned Taylor while she thanked those waiting to be thanked by her, however, giving Taylor the mic was much more classy and unselfish. Kanye needs to stay away from all future award shows!!! Don't worry Tim, I am sure JayZ will give Kanye his whooping one way or another since he embarrased his beautiful lady.

Ok, Tim is a little late on this one. What have we been doing for over the last five working days? Apparently, not coming up with anything of substenance to quoted upon on AOL. So, allow me. I have never seen so much outrage over an act of unkindness like this before. People! Troops are still dying. Panera Bread is overcharging. The Panthers are sucking! And "Tim Come Lately is Bitching." What's done is done. If she excepts his apology, then we should do the same. Move On!
