Jo Dee Messina Busy With Baby, Tour and New Album

Jo Dee Messina's had quite a year! Her first child, Noah, with husband Chris Deffenbaugh, was born in January. Then, in April, the fiery redhead kicked off a unique tour, the intimate, acoustic Music Room Series.

In between those shows and the fall leg of the Music Room Series tour, which kicks off in October, Jo Dee has been putting the finishing touches on 'Unmistakable,' her sixth album, and her first since the 2005 release of 'Delicious Surprise.'

Next week, Jo Dee will be among the artists on hand when the Grand Ole Opry goes "pink" in the fight against breast cancer on Friday, Oct. 2.

A new single from Jo Dee is expected to be released next month.
