'American Idol' alum Kristy Lee Cook knows what it's like to be in the Top 10. She finished in seventh place during the seventh season of 'AI' in 2008. And although her recording career hasn't resulted in any Top 10's yet, Kristi will be counting on fans to tune in to a unique new TV show she's hosting.

Nashville Gab reports that Kristi will host the Outdoor Channel's 'Outdoor's 10 Best,' a show designed to answer the outdoorsman's questions of who ranks among the Top 10 of everything from '10 Deadliest Hunts' to '10 Greatest Safari Destinations,' all in "an exciting and fast-paced documentary countdown format."

The show will spotlight one of the largest collections of high-definition outdoor footage in the industry and also rely on expert opinion from the country's best outfitters and adventurers. Kristi obviously has an affinity for the outdoors -- one of her personal passions is horses. She founded the Kristi Lee Horse Heaven Foundation to save the animals and to help at-risk youth.

'Outdoors10 Best' is currently airing on the Outdoor Channel.
