Karen Fairchild and Jimi Westbrook of Little Big Town have announced they're expecting their first child together. The couple shared the news last night via Twitter, in a tweet which read: "Yep, it's true...excited to finally tell the news...Jimi and I are having a little one."
The quartet also includes Phillip Sweet, who became a first-time dad in 2007, and Kimberly Schlapman, who also had her first child earlier that same year. Jimi and Karen were married in 2006.
Little Big Town was among the acts performing at last night's star-studded All for the Hall benefit concert in Nashville. The group headlined their first tour earlier in 2009.

Congrats Karen and Jimi!! I love you guys!! Saw you in concert in Bowling Green, Ohio and had the time of my life even tho I was in the last row!! Waiting for some new music and let us know whether its a boy or girl??

Little Big Town are vocally one of the best groups around. Their harmonies are phenomenal. And, whatever genre you put them in they are fantastic!
They are also some of the nicest people on the planet and they are VERY good to their fans.
