Chris Young is always worried about something. But when he went into the studio to record his latest album, 'The Man I Want to Be,' the singer says he was -- surprisingly -- very relaxed."I'm the kind of guy who stresses about everything and worries constantly," Chris tells The Boot. "In the studio, I just love making music. Being in the studio with these A-list musicians [on this album] and them goofing off and laughing and having a good time made the difference in the vibe. Everybody was just really into the music."
To break up the workload, Chris says he and the studio musicians frequently dialed up YouTube to have a few laughs.
"We watched them and tried to see who could find the most random video online," Chris notes with a chuckle. "It was just a bunch of musicians in the room having fun. It was fantastic. We found some funny stuff!"
And not surprisingly, there are more than a few YouTube cover versions of Chris' 'Gettin' You Home (The Black Dress Song).' The original, however, is sitting pretty in the No. 1 spot on Billboard's Top Country Singles chart.
