Kenny Chesney and other country stars are getting some pretty unusual autograph requests, but the latest one -- a pair of baby shoes -- is for a great cause. The tiny pairs of shoes, up for bid here, have been signed by more than 60 celebrities, including Faith Hill, Jason Aldean, Sugarland and Martina McBride. The auction is part of the Stars for a Wish initiative, a joint effort by pediped and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
All proceeds from the auction will go to Make-A-Wish, which helps grant wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Other celebrities donating signed shoes to the auction include golfer Tiger Woods and and actress Courteney Cox-Arquette. The baby shoes will be up for bid until Nov. 5.
Each winner will receive his or her pair of shoes in a special keepsake box with an engraved plaque.
