This year, the Halloween holiday will be extra special for Dierks Bentley and his wife Cassidy as they get to share it with their baby daughter, Evie, who just turned a year old on Oct. 4."She really won't know what is going on," Dierks tells The Boot. "I'm sure Cassidy will dress her up. It will be more for us to laugh at than for Evie!"
Halloween is also a reminder to Dierks of why he is so thankful to have a daughter -- not a son -- when he thinks back to his childhood Halloween adventures and the things he put his own mother through!
"I loved Halloween, because as a rebellious little kid I thought it would be cool to go as a Ninja every time," he says. "It was my chance to go out and be mischievous. I'd blow up pumpkins and knock mailboxes off with baseball bats ... I'm so glad I have a daughter, oh my gosh!"
Dierks will have to enjoy pictures of little Evie dressed up since he will be on the road on Halloween. The country star's latest single is the sexy love song, 'I Wanna Make You Close Your Eyes,' which is currently climbing the charts.
