Kellie Pickler was a dead-ringer for Dolly Parton Friday, as she dressed as her favorite country icon for a special Halloween episode of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show.' "Normally I have to work on Halloween. Even before '[American] Idol,' I always had to work on Halloween," Kellie told Ellen. "The last time I got to dress up for Halloween was when I worked at Sonic. I was Marliyn Monroe, and I about died that night! I almost got hit by a car, because I was a car hop. I don't know why they call it a car hop, because you don't really hop on the car, but I did that night. I about got backed into. We're roller skating and I never really learned how to use the little stopper on the [skates]."
Kellie loves dressing up so much that she doesn't just save it for trick-or-treating. "I go to Target and I dress up in the costumes and walk around," she laughed. "One time I dressed up like a banana, and the person that was with me dressed up like a monkey and chased me around!"
Kellie is hosting her own Halloween costume contest. Click here to send the singer a picture of your best costume, and you may win an autographed poster.
