According to PEOPLE, Mike designed the ring himself. He had the package containing the sparkler delivered to their home via FedEx, which had him a bit nervous that Kacey would see her surprise ... So, he came up with a little white lie to cover his tracks!"I prayed that she wouldn't answer the door and accidentally see her ring," Mike says. "I told her that FedEx was coming to deliver my taxes!"
The Eli Young Band is currently wrapping up their last few dates with Gary Allan and will finish out the year with solo dates throughout the states.
