In 1995, Canadian native Terri Clark released her self-titled debut album, with her first single, 'Better Things to Do,' reaching the Top 3 in both the U.S. and Canada. The singer, whose latest album is titled 'The Long Way Home,' got very emotional -- and slightly destructive -- when she heard her debut single on the radio for the first time."I was in New Mexico in a hotel room when I heard it," recalls Terri. "I started bouncing on the bed and hit my head on the ceiling! The song was 'Better Things to Do' in 1995. I spent my whole life waiting for that moment. I was about 26 at the time. I moved to Nashville in 1987, so it was a good eight years after I moved there that I first heard myself on the radio. It's still exciting!"
