Kellie Pickler Moved to Tears in Latest Video

Kellie PicklerKellie Pickler could certainly take up acting if she wanted a second career. The country beauty was able to cry on cue for her 'Did You Know How Much I Loved You' video, per a suggestion from the video's director, Roman White. Although the song is about a broken relationship, Kellie explains that her tears were pulled from a different sort of heartbreak.

"When we were shooting the video, the director told me, 'I want to get a shot of you crying,'" Kellie recalls. "I [was] like, 'Umm ... OK ... I've never done this before.' He gave me a few minutes to kind of take myself to a place that would make me cry."

Kellie began thinking back to her childhood in North Carolina, where she was raised by her beloved grandmother, who passed away eight years ago.

"I still have a hard time and struggle every day accepting the fact that she's not here anymore," Kellie says softly. "I got to thinking about how difficult it is for me that she's not with me at this particular moment on this video shoot. I took myself to that place, and it just came pouring out."

RPMusic must not be getting enough sexual attention to be making such comments and comparing to Star Wars. Kelli Pickler will end up outdoing Carrie Underwood in the being real department. In addition, Kelli supports our troops and is a heart driven person. Kelli, you are blooming into such a beautiful person! Go Kelli!

Clearly she gave her "everything", swell. So that means she was a bad lay. He knew how much you loved him, but honey love only goes so far, sometimes you gotta suck it down like the worm in a bad tequila.

So next time when you "I gave you everrrryttthing...", get some effing knee pads and cop a squat for a few hours, esp. during the SEC title game, great time for head. Now you know, don't shed another tear Kelli. Use this knowledge the way Yoda tells his lil Jedi dudes before they kung fu and whoop arse. For good not evil. I don't want to see you pulling out the knee pads for some half wit Dierks or however you spell his putz of a name. Use it for good, Lee is your man. I can feel this the same way Darth Vader felt Padmai dying, I can feel you kneecapping Lee. No you know, I gave you everything.

I don't know; Not really a fan of her. It's a very pretty song but I think it would have be even better if another country singer, with a better voice, sang it. Sorry, but she isn't a Carrie, Leann Rimes or Faith Hill. That's my opinion.

Everyone has their opinion and likes. IMHO, Kellie Picker is a much more authentic country singer than Carrie Underwood. I will never ever ever understand Underwood's appeal, and you can quote whatever statistics to me. Her voice and singing do absolutely nothing for me, plus she's very awkward when she stand on stage singing. I love Pickler's voice and she's a beautiful prettier woman as well.

Love Pickler, Rimes, Hill, McBride, Shania and Nettles.

As a Bluegrass musician myself for many many years, I was glad to see Kellie Pickler move from the television American Idol program into becoming a major recording artist. My hat is off to her in all that she does, she paid her dues. Merry Christmas Kellie from Dover Pennsylvania.
