Carrie Underwood may have only recently become engaged (to hockey player Mike Fisher), but she already knows three things that are must-haves for the big day. "I want a groom, good food and an open bar," she tells PEOPLE. And while the happy couple haven't set a date yet, nor has she picked out her wedding dress, the superstar knows how she wants to look when she walks down the aisle. "I'm Southern. I like big hair and eyeliner. I want my wedding day to be me, so I'll probably be rocking some big hair and some eyeliner."
While Carrie recently admitted that distance was sometimes a challenge in their relationship, she says they've found ways to stay connected while on the road. "We're big texters," she reveals. "We talk on the phone. i-chatting, I don't know what we'd do without it, to be honest - and face time is the most important."
Carrie, who took home the People's Choice Award last night for Favorite Country Artist, is getting ready for face time with her fans on the 'Play On' tour, which kicks off in March, with opening acts Craig Morgan and Sons of Sylvia.
