Carrie Underwood now has a slimy alter-ego. 'Carrie Underworm' is the newest character to take residence on 'Sesame Street.' The orange worm with a platinum-blond wig makes its debut on the popular children's TV show this Thursday (Feb. 11), singing 'The Worm Anthem,' which Underwood recorded exclusively for the show.
Underworm's episode airs Thursday on PBS, followed by subsequent appearances on the March 17, April 8, and April 26 episodes of 'Sesame Street.' Watch a sneak preview after the jump.

Uh, not too sure how I feel 'bout that one...Somethin' 'bout it just don't seem quite right. Then again, I ain't watched an episode of Sesame Street in well over 30 years, anyway!
