The Gospel Music Association recently announced its nominees for the 41st annual Dove Awards, and several of country music's biggest stars are in the running.Patty Loveless, Rhonda Vincent, Ricky Skaggs and Dailey & Vincent are all nominated for Bluegrass Song of the Year. Collin Raye is vying for Country Album of the Year, along with former label mates, Diamond Rio, who are also nominated for both Country Recorded Song of the Year and Song of the Year, with their latest single, 'God Is There.'
Other artists hoping for a trophy include Michael W. Smith, Mandisa, Jars of Clay and Michael English. The Dove Awards will be held at Nashville's famed Grand Ole Opry on April 21. For a full list of nominees, click here.
