Tim McGraw, Big Kenny and Danny Gokey will perform at the star-studded T.J. Martell Foundation Honors Gala on March 22 at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville. The black-tie event brings together luminaries from the business and music industries to recognize the humanitarian works of chosen honorees. The spectacular evening includes a cocktail reception and dinner, silent and live auction, and musical performances.Along with Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Tim will present the Lifetime Humanitarian Award to Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen. Big Kenny will join Ross Perot Jr. in recognizing Senator Bill Frist with the Lifetime Medical Achievement Award.
Brooks & Dunn will be presented with the Tony Martell Lifetime Entertainment Achievement Award, and Michael Bolton and Susan Simons will also be recognized for their humanitarian and industry work. Danny Gokey and Anita Baker, along with Dave Mason and the Fisk Jubilee Singers will also be performing at the gala event.
Tickets for the event cost $1,000 and can be purchased by calling the T.J. Martell Foundation at 615-256-2002, or by visiting the Honors Gala website. Proceeds will benefit cancer research at the Frances William Preston Laboratories at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.
