Jake Owen better get a housesitter. The ACM-winning singer was recently added as an opening act to three of spring's hottest tours.First on the schedule is Jason Aldean's Wide Open tour, where Jake will kick off three shows. He then joins a group of rowdy friends, including Randy Houser, James Otto, David Nail and Luke Bryan, as part of Miranda Lambert's Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars tour, playing a star-studded show in Louisiana.
After those dates, Jake will hit the road for a long list of shows with country's hottest duo, Sugarland, joining their Incredible Machine tour, criss-crossing the Northeast. Longtime buddies with Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush, Jake previously toured with the pair, along with Little Big Town, in 2007, garnering the tourmates a Grammy nod for their collaborative effort on 'Life in a Northern Town.'
Recently releasing his third single, 'Tell Me,' from his sophomore album, 'Easy Does It,' Jake spent the first part of 2010 headlining sold-out shows across the country. With a packed touring schedule, the singer-songwriter is also beginning to look for songs for his third album.
