Kellie Pickler Takes a Fall in Vegas

Kellie PicklerKellie Pickler normally struts her stuff on stage during her shows, but on Saturday night, she was barely mobile while performing. It wasn't because she was trying out a different choreography, it was because she sprained her ankle in Las Vegas the night before and had to perform while seated in a chair.

Kellie took to her Twitter page to let her followers know what happened. "[I] tripped and sprained my ankle in front of a wedding chapel," tweeted the North Carolina native. "Paramedics come, everyone stares, completely embarrassing."

On Saturday, she performed in Fresno, Calif., and right before the show, she tweeted an update: "My right ankle is swollen and black and blue."

As she prepared to head on stage in San Jose, Calif., on Sunday night, Kellie admitted she was "loopy" from all of the pain medication and asked if it might look a little weird if she sang with her foot in a bucket full of ice. The answer would be yes, but it probably didn't matter to her fans as long as they got to see her perform.

Hopefully, Kellie will be in better form and sporting her red high heels when the Fearless tour begins a two-night stand in Los Angeles on Thursday (April 15).

She's a trooper. There are a lot of singers out there that would have taken the weekend off.

Can you answer some questions?

1. That show was taped two years ago. Don't you think it's pathetic that people keep bringing that up? Is it because the concept that a person can grow is just beyond you, because you've stopped growing personally? Or is it that "online idiot" is the highest station in life you can hope to attain?

2. Do you understand what the word "irrelevant" means? Because your post is just garbage.

3. Kellie made $2.3 million last year, according to Forbes magazine. How much money did you earn three years into your first career? Don't you think that if you're really that much smarter than Kellie, that you'd be making somewhere in the ballpark of $2.3 million, own a small company, and manage another, like Kellie?

4. Kellie has been nominated and won several awards given by the country music industry and fans. What awards has your industry bestowed upon you?

5. How many times have you spammed this stupid message here and on CMT? I keep seeing that same question, with a similar smarmy tone. It seems that someone who claims to be highly intelligent would at least come up with something new.

All I've got to say is it's a good thing she can sing! I saw her on "Are you Smarter Than a Fifth Grader", and her education level leaves a lot to be desired. If I recall, she flunked out after about 3 questions/ I'm wondering if she is dumb or just didn't retain a thing???
