Actress Kirstie Alley was the target of one of Reba McEntire's quips on last night's ACM Awards, and the punchline earned jeers from the former 'Cheers' star. In a gag that first took aim at a country superstar, Reba joked, "Next is Toby Keith. Toby has a chain of restaurants called I Love This Bar and Grill. It specializes in fried onion rings, fried mozzarella sticks and southern fried Twinkies. Yeah, that sounds like Thanksgiving at Kirstie Alley's house to me."
Kirstie, a frequent Twitter user, tweeted: @reba wow...thought we girls would stick together....next time you need a fat joke about me, just ask...Mine are funny."
USA Today reports the ACM telecast drew 13.1 million viewers, down from 14.8 million last year. Read the full list of 2010 ACM Award winners here, along with more of Reba's ACM jokes here.
