Craig Morgan continues his staunch support of U.S. troops. A former Army paratrooper himself, the country star is a frequent performer on several USO tours, and is now putting his name behind another worthwhile cause for the military. Not Alone is an online community that offers programs and services for military personnel and their families who struggle with post-combat stress, and aids in the transition back to civilian life through support groups, an anonymous hotline and several other methods. It's a cause near and dear to Craig's heart.
"When I heard about what Not Alone was doing, I knew I wanted to be involved," says the singer. "We can't sit quietly aside while our country's bravest are struggling. They put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and they deserve to be honored and know that if they need help, they are not alone."
Acting as the organization's official spokesperson, Craig will be doing media appearances on behalf of Not Alone, as well as bringing awareness through his concert dates. He is currently on the road with Carrie Underwood, as part of her Play On tour.
