Tim McGraw Is PEOPLE's Hottest Country Hunk

Tim McGraw is officially country music's hottest man, according to the upcoming issue of PEOPLE Country -- but he says his wife Faith Hill disagrees!!

"My wife would pick George Strait," Tim tells PEOPLE. "She thinks he's gorgeous! Or Kris Kristofferson. When we're around him, she can barely speak."

Abstaining from alcohol and committing to a rigorous workout regimen all help Tim keep in his best shape. "I don't feel whatever 43 is supposed to feel like -- I still feel pretty young," the father of three admits. "I'm more confident than I've ever been about who I am and what I do and I feel like I've got a lot more ahead of me than I do behind me."

Tim beat out a handsome group of men, including pal Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton to claim the top spot. Balancing a healthy lifestyle while on the road, Tim is currently headlining his Southern Voice tour, which features opening acts Lady Antebellum, Lost Trailers and Love and Theft. He also recently announced he is working on his final album for Curb Records.

Glad to see most agree...Nothing "hottest, cutest, or best" about McGraw. He's avg singer, just came along at the right time & willing to wink & wiggle. Wife, Faith, better voice; but again, right time & place, & slept her way into career. Check out ex-husband, Hill, and fiancee' when starting to tour w/McGraw; whom she dumped after hooking up w/McGraw.

Agree: Classic & Genuine George Strait anyday!

I totally agree! Tim deserves it. He is HOT not only by looks but by personality. Putting family and his family life first, often speaking about how much he loves his wife and family in every interview. The pair are absolutely the hottest couple in country music.Tim is the WHOLE package.

I live down the road where tim grew up.. he is not sexy and has no reason to be "hot".. believe me.. he even got an "honorary" degree from U.L.M. because they say he paid for it ..sad, really !

So "living down the road from where he grew up" 30 years ago means you know him? And "they say" he paid for something? Who are "they?" "They" say lots of things that aren't true. If you don't like his music that's one thing, but to repeat baseless rumors and claim an acquaintance based on 30-year old proximity is a bit desperate, don't you think?

Keith is way hotter then Tim McGraw. Tim is certainly hot, but not as hot as Keith Urban!. And lets don't forget about Mr Billy Currington.....whew...getting HOT just thinking about him.

uh wow i get nasty backlash from people who have no idea what they are talking about.neway still can't help it....tim is not a GREAT country singer....either is faith...as far as getting a greatest looking award.....well that says it ALL..concentrate on lookin good and maybe they will forgive u for lack of true talent....can ne1 here say patsy or johnny?country music has turned to crap and i think alot of you realize it but won't admit it.no one is true country anymore.they rip off rock and theres no damn heart to it.there r exceptions but this guy is just,well....VOID

There is NO WAY, that Tim McGraw should be the hottest. YUCK! He proved he couldn't sing at the Daytona 500, has a wife that's insecure about her own marriage enough to make his fans feel like they are trash, and let him take that hat off, GAH!

The only thing they got right was where they quoted him saying she thinks Kris is Hot! I totally agree, and I would watch Roadhouse 100x's to just see that man in action.

i would like to see all rock out of country song,s like kit rock for one in my day had no one like that singing country we had johny cash, buck owens, hank snow,and old hank now thats country ,we need more of that on now no rock !!!!!!!!!
