Mike Fisher & Carrie Underwood"I think you all know what Santa left under the tree for me this year: a fiancé," Carrie blogged in December 2009. Since getting engaged to hockey player Mike Fisher, Carrie has been secretive about the date and location for her wedding, but she's not kept quiet about her feelings for the Ottawa Senators star.
"He brings out the best in me," she tells The Boot of her Canadian beau, who called her father to ask permission before he popped the question.
"He's a good person," Carrie says with a big smile. "I've felt myself grow with him. He's one of those certain people in your life you come across for a reason. I'm very glad that I met him. He's been a really positive influence on my life."
