Brad Paisley Concert Ends With 46 Arrests

Brad PaisleyIn one of his best-loved hits, Brad Paisley sings about the sometimes humorous consequences of too much 'Alcohol,' saying that it will cause "some of the best times you'll never remember," but for at least 46 of his fans, those words are far from the truth, thanks to recent arrests at one of the superstar's live shows.

At Brad's Darien Lake, NY, show, part of his current H2O World Tour, police were kept busy trying to maintain crowd control when alcohol fueled some disruptive behavior. Thirty-eight were charged as minors in possession of alcohol with intent to consume. Several concertgoers were also charged with disorderly conduct, with two cited for fighting concert security, and at least one for trespassing after trying to re-enter the show after being ejected.

Brad began his H2O World Tour on May 21 in Virginia, only three weeks after he lost most of his guitars, as well as stage props for the show, in Nashville's devastating flood. The show, which is more carnival than concert, includes a separate stage filled with water activities, plus performances by Easton Corbin, Steel Magnolia and Josh Thompson. Darius Rucker and Justin Moore are both serving as opening acts for Brad.

The H2O World Tour is currently scheduled to run through Sept 25. Click here for dates.

Darien Lake has been doing this for many years now.
"Andy and Barney" pass out court appearance tickets
to anyone with an open beer container, and then they hold a kangeroo court and see how much money they can rake in. Get a life sheriff, find some real crimes!!!!!!!!!!!

What do 'Country Music folk' have to do with Brad Paisley's crowd? yeah, he can play guitar great in many styles, including country, but that doesn't make him a Country artist and I doubt there were many 'Country Music folk' at this show. I live in the area. 'Country Music folks' would be the farmers at a Ramblin' Lou show, or the truck drivers at Earl's Drive In. The people at this Paisley show wouldn't know who Ernest Tubb or Roy Acuff is. They're just drunks, wannabe rednecks, and misplaced rock & rollers. I don't recall any drunks ever being arrested at the Opry. Those people had a moral backbone. These people are just the same self-indulgent jerks you'd meet anywhere nowadays.

Living close to the Darien Lake center, I can assure you it isn't the artist that draws all the arrests. Most shows there result in a high number of arrests. The police simply don't allow any problems to grow. Its a one strike venue.

Must not be a whole lot of crime in and around Darian Lake, New York that the local constabulary has to arrest 46 Country Music fans for alcohol.
Whats the matter, Aren't there any "Garboons" committing crimes or any Muslim Terrorists raising their ugly heads in your area? God bless Country Music folk, as they are the moral backbone of this

If you had any comprehension skills, you would have noted that MOST of those arrested were for underage drinking: illegal EVEN in Texas, much less NY. Do you really think we don't know to whom you refer as "Garboons"? So, if your racist, redneck self represents the "moral backbone of this country", it's no wonder we are in the straits we currently are. What do you do for a "ethical" encore ? Screw 14 year olds on meth ?
