Michael Jackson Honored With Bluegrass Tribute Album

Michael Jackson, who would have turned 52 years old on August 29, is now the subject of an unusual tribute album with a bluegrass twist. 'Songs from Neverland' by a trio of musicians known as Honeywagon, features grassed-up versions of 10 of the late King of Pop's greatest hits.

The self-described "newgrass" trio have "picked on" pop and rock artists before, spending more than 70 weeks on Billboard's Bluegrass Albums chart with their bluegrass versions of tunes by pop-punk superstars Green Day, called 'Green Day Blue Grass.' They've also released 'Grass Stains: a Bluegrass Tribute to Blink 182' and an album of grassy Rolling Stones covers titled 'Sympathy for Bluegrass.'

Honeywagon are Texas native Bryan "BC" Clark, Loren "L-Train" Ellis from Malibu, Calif., and "man-of-the-world" Mo Levone.
