"We appreciate them believing in us from the get-go," says Grascals' member Danny Roberts. "They've meant so much to us and they supported us completely."
Since the six-piece bluegrass band formed in 2004, they've received widespread critical and popular acclaim, plus some high-profile endorsement deals.
"We're the Jed Clampetts of bluegrass," Grascal Jamie Johnson told The Boot after the band announced a sponsorship deal with ExxonMobil. "We've struck black gold, Texas tea."
The Grascals won SPBGMA's Bluegrass Band of the Year award in 2010, the International Bluegrass Music Association's Emerging Artist of the Year award in 2005 and its Entertainer of the Year honor in both 2006 and 2007.
The Grascals are currently on tour behind their latest album 'The Famous Lefty Flynn's.' Their next concerts are scheduled for October 8 in Columbus, Ohio and October 9 in Palatka, Fla. For a complete list of dates and cities, check here.
