"Our fans have been waiting for our music for a long time," Keith tells The Boot. "So we wanted to put it out and have it be something extra special. The LP is going to be a collector's item and something cool for them to have."
The first single off their forthcoming album, 'How Long is Long Enough,' is currently in the Top 30 on Music Row's country singles chart and quickly climbing up the Billboard chart. 'Hear the Angels Singing' has also been making some chart noise, as it was the third most downloaded song at country radio this week.
"'Hear the Angels Singing' is a song that Michelle and I wrote," Keith says. "It's got a beautiful melody. It's country with almost a Celtic or Irish sound to it. I sing the verses, and Michelle comes in on the chorus. She is the 'angels' part of this song, trust me. She sounds amazing!"
The debut self-titled album from Burns & Poe is scheduled to hit stores nationwide in the first quarter of 2011. To pre-order the album online with the bonus goodies, click here.
