A big supporter of the troops, Trace just returned from his third USO tour. "Traveling on USO tours and visiting our nation's troops has been awe-inspiring and even overwhelming at times," Trace says. "Whether I'm walking around a post shaking hands and signing autographs or performing for troops, I am always aware I am in the presence of heroes, and the courage and determination that those men and women show is humbling. It's an honor to get to do that and I will always jump at the chance to do it for years to come."
'Tribute to the Troops,' taped at Fort Hood, Texas, will chronicle WWE Superstars and Divas visiting the base to meet with troops and their families this holiday season, culminating with a live in-ring performance in front of thousands of military personnel. Wrestlers John Cena, Randy Orton, The Miz, Rey Mysterio and Big Show are just some of the big WWE names participating.
The special marks the eighth consecutive year that WWE will bring its one-of-a-kind entertainment to our service men and women, thanking them for their commitment to the country and in recognition of their sacrifices. 'Tribute to the Troops' will air Satuday, December 18 at 9:00 PM ET on NBC.
Trace's next single from his 'Cowboy's Back in Town' album will be 'Brown Chicken Brown Cow.' The song hits radio January 10.
