"Although most of my time is spent in jeans and a t-shirt, on occasion I love to get dressed up," Miranda states. The site features hundreds of items, including boots, dresses, scarves and handbags, and is only fitting for the fashionable star, who admits she used to rely on her own instincts, especially when she wore a larger size. "I did the ACMs last year myself," Miranda revealed to The Boot. "I've used stylists before and sample size dresses are tiny. They are from the runway. They are like a [size] two. And I don't wear a two, not even close! So I've found in the past that I've had different stylists, and they'll bring tons of clothes and one dress will fit and I really won't like it, but I'll have to wear it on the red carpet anyway."
It's not easy to have the lights on you when you're feeling less than confident. "That's a bad feeling, to know that's the only one that zipped ... and it's really, really expensive," Miranda continued. "If I pay all this money for dresses that don't fit, I might as well just go buy one myself. And that's why I got discouraged and shied away from stylists for a while."
The bride-to-be is busy preparing for her nuptials as well as writing and recording songs for a new album. Her new single, 'Heart Like Mine' recently broke into the Top 40. Her No. 1 hit, 'The House That Built Me' can also be found on the upcoming Grammy Nominees Album, which also includes tracks by Lady Antebellum, John Mayer, Lady Gaga and Paramore.
