Blake Shelton Makes Brad Paisley 'Uncomfortable'

Call it a one-sided bromance ...

Blake Shelton
is spending the summer on the road with his good buddy, Brad Paisley, serving as opening act on his H20 II: Wetter & Wilder tour. The 35-year-old says he hits the stage each night with one goal in mind, and it has nothing to do with music.

"We actually cut a song together that's on his record ('Don't Drink the Water'), and I come out and perform it with him every night," explains the singer. "I hump on his legs and things like that. I try to make him as uncomfortable as I possibly can. I try to kiss him and put my fingers up his nose while he's trying to play a guitar solo."

Brad may be on the receiving end of Blake's crazy antics, but the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year also knows how to dish them out as well. "I know [Brad's] constantly up to something," Blake notes. "[One] night we were in Cleveland, I looked up on the big screen and there was a picture of a guy with my head on it and one of those banana hammocks, with big man boobs hanging out. Classic Brad Paisley thinking."

The two singer-songwriters' history of pulling pranks on each other goes way back, to when they were both struggling artists just launching their careers. "I had one of those stick-up air fresheners, and we stuck it under the table in the front lounge [of Blake's bus]," Brad recalls to The Boot. "We replaced the contents with raw chicken. It was not old chicken at that point. It had no odor whatsoever. By Sunday, [laughs] they had found it, because they had to -- the bus smelled like someone had died! They said they kept looking under that table, and all they saw was a stick-up air freshener and couldn't understand what was making that smell, because there's even an air freshener there. Finally, somebody [discovered it]. That was the last time we played with them ... That was only three dates, and we have 30-something this year!"

The H2O II tour, which also includes performances by Jerrod Niemann, Sunny Sweeney, Brett Eldredge and Edens Edge, heads to Arizona this Sunday (July 3), followed by shows in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Wisconsin. See the full concert schedule here.

Well the H20 tour is comming to Mansfield, Mass. July 16th and I can't wait to see all the teasing that is going to go on. I have a meet and greet with Blake and I don't think things could get any better. I'm having trouble sleeping already. I'll probably be comatose by the time the concert comes. HA HA!!!
