"It's absolutely and completely false," Bucky tells the Daytona Beach News-Journal. "The promoter didn't have his fingers together. He did not pay people. I didn't get paid."
The 33-year-old singer-songwriter maintains that not only is he innocent, but the gig actually cost him money, including $2,500 he paid to get his tour bus to the gig. He also claims other vendors were unpaid, as well, and he's now considering legal action against the promoter.
"This is just a paint job gone bad," Bucky insists.
